A course of three treatments is recommended within the first month, for example day 1, day 11 and day 30.  After this monthly treatments are all that is required to maintain the effects.

The mask is easy to use at home.  Just mix the powder and liquid components to make a paste and spread over the area to be treated.  For best results exfoliate the skin first.  Leave the mask on for 45 minutes then remove with facial wipes or a wet flannel.  Rinse the face and notice how soft and smooth your skin feels.  Anti aging results are often noticeable immediately after the first treatment, but will increase within the next few days.
